WHO IS THIS PROGRAM FOR?

The Overcoming the Fear of Being Seen program is for anyone that wants to work through their fears around judgement, criticism, and rejection and to help them move forward more confidently and feel safe being seen.

WHAT IS INCLUDED?

  • Recording of Overcoming Fear Hypnosis session (Recorded during a live group session) to help you understand the root cause of your fear.

  • Overcoming the Fear of Being Seen hypnosis rewiring recording

This program gives lifetime access to the audios and session recordings.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?

This program is designed to take 10-15mins a day for 4 consecutive weeks.

Once you have completed the 4 weeks you will find you go back and dive into it again if you feel you need to.

WHEN IS THE BEST TIME TO LISTEN TO MY AUDIO?

I recommend to clients to listen to their audios first thing in the morning when they wake so that they aren’t sleepy, they haven’t had any alcohol and it can set them up for the day ahead.

If you prefer to listen at night you can sit up (like you are meditating) so that you don’t fall into a heavy sleep. It is okay if you nod off a little if you are sitting up!

WHEN WILL I SEE RESULTS?

This is very individual. I have clients that start to ‘feel different’ within a few days, and for others it's a gradual change over the course of a few months.

HOW DO I ACCESS THE CONTENT?

You can access the content via your desktop / laptop or via the teachable app on your phone or tablet. You will get links to all of these when you sign up.

DO I NEED TO DO ANYTHING TO PREPARE?

Grab a journal if you want to take notes, and allow yourself quiet time away from others while you dive into the session recording. Having a headset for the audio recordings would also be handy so you can hear the prompts clearly.

Make sure you don’t have any alcohol or substances before you listen to the audios.

WHAT DOES HYPNOSIS FEEL LIKE?

It simply feels like you are in a relaxed state, much like meditation. Some people experience heavy arms or tingling fingers, some feel absolutely nothing – everyone is different.
